The agreement for using our platform

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fourth Monkey Connect ("we", "our", "us").

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any related policies, form the agreement between you ("you", "your") and Fourth Monkey Connect.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you agree to these Terms, are legally capable of entering into this agreement, and are authorized to act on behalf of any business or entity you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Nature of Service

Fourth Monkey Connect is a technology platform that connects users with businesses. The platform uses AI to interpret requests and match services, and facilitates communication between users and businesses. However, we do not provide the actual services offered by businesses listed on the platform.

3. User types

The platform is used by:

  • Users — Any individual or entity using the platform to search for or connect with businesses
  • Businesses — Entities listing their services on the platform to receive inquiries or leads

4. Platform functionality

  • Receives user requests (via WhatsApp)
  • Processes requests using AI to understand intent
  • Matches users with relevant businesses
  • Routes inquiries or leads to businesses and enables direct communication
  • Allows businesses to receive and respond to inquiries or leads
  • Allows businesses to manage their business information and availability

5. Business responsibilities

Businesses agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information; respond to customer inquiries responsibly; and deliver services independently of Fourth Monkey Connect. Registered businesses are solely responsible for their services, pricing, and customer interaction.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to use the platform in good faith, to provide accurate requests, and not to misuse or abuse the system.

7. AI & automated processing

The platform uses AI to interpret user requests and generate matches with potentially relevant businesses. AI results are automated and may not always be accurate. Users should exercise their own judgment before engaging with any business, and businesses are responsible for independently assessing and responding to inquiries.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • That a user will find a suitable business
  • That a business will receive leads
  • The quality, availability, or reliability of any business
  • Accuracy or completeness of listings or matches

9. Data & privacy

By using the platform, you consent to:

  • Data collection
  • Data processing
  • Data sharing necessary for service operation

10. Third-party platforms

Fourth Monkey Connect operates in part via third-party services such as WhatsApp (provided by Meta Platforms). Therefore, we are not responsible for the availability of those services or for their policies or changes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fourth Monkey Connect shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from:

  • Interactions between users and businesses
  • Services provided by businesses
  • Reliance on platform recommendations

12. Disputes between users and businesses

Any disputes must be resolved directly between the user and the business. Fourth Monkey Connect is not a party to such disputes and does not mediate or guarantee resolution.

13. Account & access

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or remove businesses
  • Restrict access for misuse
  • Modify or discontinue features

14. Pricing & subscription

  • Subscription plans may include Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers
  • Pricing may vary by country
  • Monthly plans may include additional charges compared to annual plans
  • All payments are subject to applicable terms and conditions

15. Changes to the service

We may modify features, update algorithms, or change platform functionality without prior notice where necessary.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
